🌟 Friends and Family Caregiver Support Program (FFCSP)
You care for others — we’re here to care for YOU!
The FFCSP, funded by United Way of Northern BC, works with Family Caregivers of BC and other support programs to help unpaid caregivers like you feel supported, connected, and confident.

- One-on-One Support
Chat with someone who listens and understands — by phone, video, or in person. - Respite & Friendly Visits
Take a break! We offer short, informal visits to give you time to relax and recharge. - Learning & Self-Care
Fun activities, helpful tips, and info to take care of you while you care for others. - Social Time & Connection
Meet others who “get it” and share experiences. You’re not alone!
Areas of Support Include:
- Caregiver burnout, exhaustion, and self-care challenges
- Difficulty asking for help or setting boundaries
- Family dynamics and role changes
- Emotional stress, uncertainty, grief, and loss
- Financial and legal concerns
- Feeling isolated or overwhelmed
